outlook for mac question regarding inserting date/time stamp in contacts

is there a way to add to the quick access toolbar in outlook, UNDER CONTACTS .... UNDER NOTES.... a date / time stamp button?
i've been using outlook at work on my pc (MS office home and business 2010 - Version 14.0.7208.5000(32-bit)....
and i've been using it as my "contact" program forever...
So i use the notes area in the contacts to keep detailed notes of conversations....(date/time, details of my conversations, and this is where i remind myself to follow up with them, using the add reminder function)
I therefore customized my quick access tool bar to add 2 buttons...
1. to add a date/time stamp
2. to quickly pull up my "add Reminder".
Now i'm working on my Macbook air.... Microsoft Outlook for mac version 16.15
I know i can do an add reminder with a hot key (control 9)... which i can live with if necessary... but prefer the button in the quick access toolbar....
but how can i quickly & easily add a date/time stamp???

Unfortunately, Quick Access toolbar can not be customized in Outlook for Mac.
Your best bet is a text-insertion app like TextExpander. I set this keyboard shortcut, ddtt, to insert time and date like so: 5:04 PM July 25, 2018
@The Bellman, I'm a longtime user of Outlook 2016 for Mac and it doesn't have an Insert tab on the ribbon, nor an Insert menu.

You can probably customize this key from control 9 to something like F1 to make it easier/faster to find.
And atext can input a timestamp for $5 (and do other text shortening) for $5 on OSX. While I love (and own) textexpander, it's $40/year subscription model is annoying.
