Toothbrush options for an adult with sensory issues

I just learned that you can get non-standard toothbrushes and they may help ease sensory issues around toothbrushing. Mind blown. I need this. I'm overwhelmed by Amazon links and parents talking about their children when I try to google for more info. Please help me sort out my options.

Right now I'm looking at the Collis Curve, DenTrust, and Issa (which is a lot more expensive than the other two). Have you used any of these? Something else? Advice on researching?

I used to work with a couple of dental hygienists who were certified in alternative practice. They regularly offered the three-sided toothbrushes (like DenTrust) to our clients with Alzheimer's who had a hard time with oral hygiene. I haven't used one myself, but they felt plenty soft to me, and I like a very soft toothbrush due to sensitive gums. The biggest benefit was that they get to all 3 surfaces of the tooth at once, meaning the job is done sooner without totally neglecting the gumline.

There's nothing special about the form factor or ergonomics, but the Collins Perio toothbrush was an absolute game-changer for me, with my sensitive gums and occasional canker sores and an aversion to harsh, bristly noise inside my skull. It's very, very soft, but springy and not mushy like a lot of extra-soft toothbrushes, and I find it's a lot easier to get in there and brush as vigorously as I'd like. So if your thing is a texture thing, it might be worth a shot.
