Culinary Fundraiser ISO Witty Name

I am currently lacking inspiration. Metafilter excels at naming creatures and things. Please help. My culinary school needs a name for their annual fundraiser.

Here is the brain dump:

The menu is small bites and folks wander from station to station, enjoying food made by our alumni. In any given year, the featured alumni will range from folks who sell their products at farmers markets to chefs from Michelin star restaurants.

Part of the appeal of the fundraiser is that it is staffed by current students, faculty, and alumni.

It’s aspirational for the students as they get to see/work with alumni. Meanwhile guests walk thru the kitchen and interact with the chefs as they are working, so the attendees get a fun peek behind the curtain. Alumni get to chat with their former instructors, etc.

It’s not fancy enough to be a gala - nor do we want it to be. The guests are a mix of other alumni, folks from the food industry, faculty and staff from the college, and the general public.

This year we would like to incorporate live music, but the style of music is TBD and will most likely change from year to year going forward.

The food items change from year to year, so the name can’t be too specific (ie: Cava & Cupcakes)

The event takes place in the afternoon/early evening. This timeslot which works surprisingly well for the multitude of folks involved, so no “under the stars” names will work.

The annual event takes place in the late Spring and we are based in the San Francisco Bay area so reference to the GG bridge or the Bay are totally good. Nothing “Frisco” please.

The current contenders:

Bubbles and Bites - we do greet everyone with a glass of bubbles, but it’s kinda meh and overused for me.
Staff Meal - it’s an industry term that emotionally resonates perfectly, but the event doesn’t not actually involve a meal.
Tasting Menu - my current fave as it’s not quite as literal as Staff Meal and captures the small bites element
Student to Star - clunky, but has alliteration and captures the aspirational aspect of the event

Many thanks in advance!

(I’m not feeling particularly witty, but I’m sure there has to be a good pun about how the chefs don’t bite. (Or do they?))

I think the unique draw here is the behind-the-scenes access and the opportunity to taste and chat with others who are into the local culinary scene.

So maybe just call it what it is: The Spring Culinary Interactive

I'd stray from using the word "munch", especially in the bay area. It has other connotations that you might confuse people with.

Here in France a loosely similar kind of event is often labelled a "Salon Gastronomique" (de XyzVille, Region, Product etc. etc.)

So maybe Bayside Salon Gastronomique?
