Our new condo has a really nice gym facility and I'm looking forward to using it. What are you working out to lately? Give me your favourite high energy, high motivation jams.

I've been listening to Grandson lately to get me hyped up. Basically anything like them or RotM is my go to especially for exercise.

listen to Walk the Moon's Talking Is Hard album quite a lot when working out.

Their Shut Up & Dance With Me is perfect on runs. Other favorite: Taylor Swift Welcome to 1989 album, Rachel Platten's Fight Song, Myriah/ODB Fantasy Remix. None of this is what I listen to on the regular, but it's perfect for an oomph when running

I like to figure out my pace (e.g., on the treadmill) and look for playlists at that speed. On study, you can search 160 bpm, 150 bpm, etc until you find the pace that really works for you.

Propane Nightmares by Pendulum has been my absolute favourite running Power Song for about four years. The mild intro is like a build-up to just pure joyful energy at a perfect ~170bpm cadence. Great for the last 5 min on a treadmill workout.
