Dental hygienist recommendation in LA/Orange County area

I'm looking for a thorough dental hygienist for a person prone to periodontal disease

As someone who is genetically vulnerable to periodontal disease, I've found that frequent teeth cleanings is the key to slowing down the disease. My regular hygienist whom I adore is very detail-oriented and committed to restoring gum health in her patients. However, she has had to go on medical leave indefinitely and I've been looking for a replacement in the meantime. Most of the other hygienist I've visited don't seem to be very thorough or willing to go underneath the gum line to remove as much tartar as possible. I'm wondering if someone has a recommendation for a hygienist in the OC or LA area who gives very good, thorough teeth cleanings. Thanks.

I give Dr. Lucio Kim's office (Glendale) my highest recommendation. They have been very thorough and gentle with deep cleanings like you describe, and are the most nonjudgmental office I've ever encountered. Everyone in the office is very kind, especially with people who suffer from dental anxiety like I do.

I highly recommend Dr. Peiman Soleimani (Beverly Hills) for a periodontist. Highly professional, very good at what he does and great office staff.

Highly, highly recommend the practice of Dr. Cynthia Cheung and Dr. Joyce Cheung (not related) in Westwood. Verrrry kind treatment, wonderful staff, calm office that somehow always runs on time. Saturday appointments too. Here's the website.
