What is this giant white tent(?) thing with towers sticking out?

Me and the SO were watching Money for Nothing on Netflix, a make-junk-into-cool-stuff-(maybe. sometimes.) show, when an image from a small city in England showed a raised highway and behind it, a possibly HUGE white tent(?) thing with some kind of electrical or other metal towers sticking out at angles around in a circle.

We rewound and stared at it and we tried to determine how big it was based on the close street lights and the ones on the raised highway, and also the near crane and the one further away... and then I thought well I'll ask Metafilter because someone will know.

Money For Nothing
S1:E13 on Netflix
between 21:55 and 21:57.
What is it, kind strangers?
I hope it is not obvious or mundane, but I know that is a possibility.
ALSO, no idea what category to put this in or what kinda tags to put on.

Best answer: I can't see Netflix so if you could screenshot that might be helpful. It's not the Millennium Dome is it?
