How best to track weekly attendees to an event?

I am starting an informal pickup soccer game for 5 year olds in my neighbourhood in Toronto. What's the best electronic method to track the weekly attendees? All I need is info about 'yes, no, maybe // how many coming' every week. I'd prefer all the adults to not have to download a specific app to do this.

Email (or website, or whatever) with a link to a Doodle Poll.

Everyone's least favorite social media monopoly, Facebook, has that built in.

You could also try Meet Up. There is an app but it works through a web interface too.

SignUpGenius is literally made for this problem.

Facebook Messenger has an especially useful "Plan" feature. For most of my informal groups, we just make a weekly plan and people indicate whether they can come or not.

My kid's school uses www.remind.com for text messages about field trip arrival and departures and special events. I just created an individual account for my troop as a test without any problem; it's free.
