What is being said in this song?

I'm trying to decipher a line in the song "Bloody Waters" by Ab-Soul, Anderson.Paak, and James Blake.

The song can be found here (and on Spotify): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zP39jHtNDTA

I'm trying to decipher a line in the spoken word section at the end of the song that begins at 3:25. The line begins at 3:36 and is "But I've got to get away, I've got to get away _________"
All the lyrics I've found online say the line is "I've got to get away from it all" but it doesn't sound like that to me.

Any other ideas?

I don't need you to change, I don't need you to change yourself
but I've got to get away, got to get away from that earth

(does that make any sense, though?)

I hear this as:

I don't need you to change, I don't need you to change yourself
but I've got to get away, got to get away from this

...like he's emphasising the m on the end of from and adding in an uhm-type beat before finishing the line, like, "away frommm-uh this"
