Help finding a contemporary orchestral music piece/composer

I'm having trouble finding a contemporary orchestral piece that I heard on spotify a few months back. Remembered details below the fold.

- The piece is very horn heavy. It starts out with a riff that is a set of intense, blaring horns that play an ascending series of notes, and repeat the highest note several times. That riff repeats quite a few times throughout the piece. It's so overwhelming I remember it actually giving me a feeling of anxiety listening to it.

- I believe the composer is from the UK, or possibly American.

- The composer is a woman, which I thought would narrow the search down, but no such luck.

- At the time I heard that song, I looked up the composer and I believe she was involved in the Proms recently somehow. Also not having luck tracking down the piece based on that info.

- The piece is contemporary, I think composed within the past 10 years.

Best answer: was it Nautilus by Anna Meredith?

Response by poster: Prunesquallor, YES! Thank you so much! I was going crazy not being able to listen to it, but having a half remembered version in my head.

Ha! I kind of guessed just from the above-the-fold text that it might be Nautilus. I first heard it because of this previous AskMe from 5 years ago, and since then I've been to three of her concerts!
