Process when you’re suspended on Facebook with spite report

Wondering if I can get some advice. I’ve been suspended on Facebook with a spite report. My violation of community standards was a civil comment on a politicised gesture where the page owner was asking for thoughts. I didn’t even swear! I’ve seen so much egregious racism violence all the phobias and I find it perplexing that this can happen and there’s no way to appeal. I coordinate school music accounts and various social and activism groups and cannot even use the messenger or phone call part. Even though that’s a separate app! How can I undo /appeal/ speak to Facebook?

Facebook help docs say
If you think your account was disabled by mistake, please submit an appeal.

Response by poster: (It’s not disabled so they won’t accept my submission. It’s suspended.)

Sorry, didn't notice the wording. Accounts can be suspended for multiple reasons and the message you get that says why it was suspended should also list what you need to do to get it back - e.g send in proof of your real name, or so on. What's the message you get when you try to log in?

Response by poster: This feature is temporarily blocked. You recently posted something that violates Facebook policies, so you're temporarily blocked from using this feature. For more information, visit the Help Center.
To avoid getting blocked again, please make sure you've read and understand Facebook's Community Standards.

This is a mistake
Ok.

When I press This is a mistake It’s says Thanks for letting us know.

Huh, I haven't heard of that showing up as a block on log in.

Unfortunately, this is something they don't provide any appeal or fix for. I don't know of any steps you can take that will get your account back to normal except waiting it out, which could be 30 days.
