CheapAir.com lets you buy flights, hotels, and other travel things with Bitcoin but has limited Canadian destination options. I have never used it so I cannot attest to the site's quality, reliability, or prices.

Best answer: Can't speak to Bitcoin but I can speak to Cheapair. CheapAir is sort of the lowest common denominator of travel booking. My group's admin at work liked to use it to save a few pennies, but after a couple of last-minute reschedulings driven by customer needs, my PM and I said "please book Alterscape's travel directly through the carrier so we don't have to pay a $200+ fee for rebooking, on top of what the carrier charges."

That said, if you know when you're traveling, don't mind that rescheduling is a bear, and are willing to deal with janky customer service in the event that you do, I can vouch that CheapAir has got me from point A to B within CONUS and Hawaii numerous times.

(Whether it makes sense to spend BTC is a bigger question. I dunno, everyone seems to mention "the pizza of regret" from the early days, when you spent a bitcoin on pizza and now that bitcoin would be worth, I don't know, some multiple thousands of dollars. I've not touched the stuff so I don't know).

I'm not sure what the current state of things is, but I remember hearing a few years ago that Expedia was accepting bitcoin (but I can't promise that was true for non-US versions of their site).
