Can anyone recommend a gym in San Antonio, TX that you know for a fact offers a guest pass? I'm in Monte Vista, so somewhere in the greater downtown area would be great, but is not required. Thank you!

Response by poster: For future visitors to the Monte Vista area, the YMCA at 3233 N. St. Mary's, 210-246-9622, is a beautiful new gym that offers a guest pass. There is a practically empty indoor pool at 1430 W. César E. Chávez, formerly Durango, 210-207-3299. This is near the UTSA downtown campus and Pico de Gallo restaurant. For outdoor pools, I highly recommend San Pedro Park, which is crowded but totally worth it. Opens for the summer on June 15th.
