Gonna wash this weed right out of my pee

If I'm a daily stoner who has 30 days to quit before a urine drug test, what can I do to improve my chances of passing?

I'm a 30-year-old cis woman who weighs about 145 lbs and exercises a couple times a week. I smoke almost every day, but not an insane amount-- usually one spliff in the evening-- and have been doing so for the past couple years. I quit as of yesterday.

Some sources suggest 30 days is plenty of time to pass a test, others suggest way higher numbers. What can I do during this time to improve my odds? Supplements, water, exercise or no exercise?

Also, is there a recommended brand of home test kits to use for reassurance? I bought one brand of test strips and pissed negative today already, so I'm a little skeptical of the effectiveness.

Obviously, stop consuming first and foremost.

After that, water hydration and exercise are really about the only things you can do. All the cleanse kits and juices have never been shown to do anything for you better than simple hydration and exercise. Thirty days should be enough, though that's highly dependent on the individual.

This article may help you.

Yup, my understanding is that water and exercise are the only things you can do. Also, on the day of the test drink a ton of water beforehand so that your pee is nice and dilute. Worst case scenario it's too dilute and you'll have to come back, which will buy you a little more time.

Obviously this isn’t for everyone, but synthetic urine like Urine Luck is an option if you get down to the final days and you’re still testing positive.

The metabolites they test for are stored in fat, right?

So exercise, lots of it. But also possibly doing the keto diet for the next month? While exercising fasted in the morning?

But I bet there’s an entire subreddit on Reddit devoted to this.

The rec used to be plenty of water and goldenseal supplementation -- please research for risks and timeliness.

I looked into this subject a bit a few years back. The main takeaways seemed to be:

1. You are indeed dealing with fat soluble materials, so exercise and hydration during the next month is key.
2. Hydrate well the day of the test, and make sure it isn't the first urination of the day. Good idea to hydrate to the point where urine isn't totally colorless (it's possible to test "dilute" on this, which would happen if you overdo it, and some companies don't like that result) but is pretty dilute.
2a. I've heard anecdotal claims that having creatine and Vitamin B12 supplements can allow you to dilute further without testing as "dilute", but I'm not 100% sure on this.

Most of the papers I read seemed to indicate that even chronic smokers generally tend to not be detected on the standard 50 ng/ml test after abstaining for 30 days. There were some outliers that did, but with what you've described regarding weight / exercise, I doubt you'd be one of them. Given your constraints, my bet is that using synthetic urine might just be more stressful than its worth.

I would abstain from exercise for several days prior to the test, and eat fat, not ridiculously, but the idea is to not release any pot-tinged fat for the few days before the test. A family member abstained for 30 days after fairly regular use, and passed the test for the military.

Check around. There are labs that will do a test for you. I had a private lab test me years ago for around $100. It's probably more now. I was a heavy smoker back then and came up negative after abstaining for about a week. Of course YMMV

Your success rate will also be affected by the specific type of test. Some tests only see fairly high levels, some focus on opioids and meth. You might do a search for "CompanyName drug test" and see if you can find more info.
