Chance the Rapper '3' font?

Is the now famous Chance the Rapper '3' from the cover of Coloring Book from a specific font set? Full disclosure, what I actually want is a matching 4, so if it isn't from a specific font set, has a fan already made a matching 4 and I just can't find it? Or is the only way to get my hands on a matching 4 to make one? (By which I mean find someone to make one, because I definitely don't have those skills.)

It looks a lot like Johnston to me.

It's pretty close to the '3' in Gotham.

I ran this image through What the Font and these were the closest matches (the corner of the 3 was chopped off on the hat, but I assume that might be a modification).
Amper Sans NF and Hurme Geometric Sans 3 Bold.

I agree with monju it looks more like the 3 in Gotham Medium to be specific.

Johnston is close, Gotham looks a bit closer to me particularly the irregularity of the bottom circle in the three is closer to Gotham then the pretty perfect circle in Johnston

Yeah, I ran with my first impulse, but Gotham is more like it.
