Looking for specific places near where I live (southern Westchester, but can go into NYC if necessary) that would happily accept and use yarn and/or fabric.

My library in Queens will take it for the children’s room, message me for details. Or contact your local library and see what they say. Materials For The Arts in Long Island City may also take it.

Different state -- when I cleared out my quilting stash I checked with the adult programming classes at my local library.
Score! I donated to two quilting groups.
Other craft supplies have gone to Girl Scouts and the school district.

Thank you for being so generous!
Westchester Children's Museum
Stitch & B**** of Westchester
The Westchester Knitting Guild would likely know who could benefit from your stash.
