In search of the perfect jogging stroller for a canine passenger

I'm looking for recommendations for an extra-large jogging stroller for a senior English bulldog. She can't walk very far, but she loves being outside and loves car rides. I'm hoping to take her out this spring and summer for some nice jaunts along paved outdoor paths. I will either be jogging or inline-skating behind the stroller.

Must have features:
- Able to carry dog up to 70 lbs (dog is about 63/64 lbs)
- Large enough canopy so dog can sit up and look around, or lie down if tired
- Mesh covered canopy so dog can enjoy the breeze
- Good visibility in front and sides so dog can enjoy the sights
- 3-wheeled jogging stroller design
- Large air-filled tires to make the ride comfortable
- Parking brakes
- Easy folding mechanism (I live in an apartment)
- Available in Canada, or for a reasonable shipping cost from the US

Nice to have features:
- Cover for shade if it gets too sunny
- Front wheel can lock in place for jogging or skating, and unlock for easy maneuvering at walking speed
- Suspension to absorb bumps and shocks
- Brakes other than parking brakes

I've seen a lot of reviews for strollers where the depicted passengers are much smaller, and I can't get a sense of how much head room there would be for a larger dog. It might be okay if there's a hole in the canopy like this so dog can see out the top without being tempted to jump out. Dog is not good at jumping, can't jump high at all, but might get hurt trying. I guess a tether attached inside the canopy could solve that.

My budget is around $200 Canadian. Thanks!

A single passenger second hand Chariot carrier would suit your needs and budget. They are most often advertised as jogging/terrain strollers or bike passerger carriers, there is a wide variety of adaptations available to customize them, they are Canadian made and widely available in Canada, and are virtually indestructible.

I have this in lime green for visibility. I too live in an apartment (2nd floor) and it's not so heavy that I can't push it up/down the stairs and it does fold flat-ish. The tires are all removable for easy storage. I found that I was using it so often that I never folded it up until I stopped using it altogether.
