Remember A Webcomic About Superheroes Trapped In An Endless Cycle?

Help me find a webcomic series I once read. In it, a super hero goes on a rampage in which he tries to kill all other heroes. He just mindlessly repeats that he cannot be defeated. As soon as anyone kills him, that person immediately loses their mind and starts to do the same thing. The heroes must figure out how to defend their lives without perpetuating the endless cycle.
