"I'll know" - but apparently I don't remember the movie scene

Before I tried to google this and failed, I could have sworn that one of the Naked Gun movies had a scene where Leslie Neilson sings "I'll Know" inexplicably under someone's window.

So - what movie do I remember (or hallucinated) where Leslie Neilson (or some other actor whose stock in trade is excrutiating awkwardness) sings "I'll Know" (or some other song which is a romantic affirmation of love) in someone's yard (sidewalk/stable/high rise) to someone who neither requites this love nor is particularly chuffed by this gesture (I'm pretty sure on this part).

My reputation for sanity among certain of my co-workers is at stake, so any and all answers appreciated.

Best answer: You remember Tootsie, although it's not Leslie Nielsen singing; it's George Gaynes. But the scene is very definitely from Tootsie.
