Providers for fibromyalgia in Cleveland, Ohio

I just moved to Cleveland; Ohio and I have fibromyalgia. I am looking for a primary care provider and a program. Does anyone know of any Centers, Institutes or providers/specialists that they can recommend?
It would be great to find a provider that practices Functional Medicine or Integrative Medicine.
I am also looking for a massage therapist, and a mental health therapist.
I see a rheumatologist at UH. I'm planning on dumping him/her ( new doc to the practice) if he's as incompetent as the first two. So I'll be watching this thread.
As for therapist, I heartily recommend Dr. Janet King-Davis PhD. She does a lot of work with trauma survivors, which makes her perfect for me. She's one of the few that take Medicaid, if that's a factor.
She located in Beachwood, just off of Chagrin.
Primary care. Again strongly recommenced. Dr. Mathew Marks. He's with UH and located at Bedford Hospital.
