Help fill poured concrete basement wall holes to make smooth

I'd like to fill some holes in a small area of a poured concrete basement wall. It's pretty dry down there and moisture doesn't seem to be a problem at all. The walls are flat to the naked eye. What product would you use to fill these holes that I can then paint over top of to make it look smooth?

You can skim the whole wall with plaster. It's a skilled job, and beyond me - I'd hire a plasterer. But if you want to learn how to do it yourself, help is available.

I would just use a premixed concrete patching compound. I would try to remove paint from the to be patched area first by either scraping, using a pressure washer or such. If you want to cheat a bit instead, something like Bondo 2-part autobody filler would probably work fine for the small areas and might adhere to the paint just fine. It's also very easy to sand to a smooth finish and dries quickly.

I would use Structo-Lite

I used drywall mud on mine. It's cheap and fun and easy to apply.
