Can anyone tell me what this poster means?

This poster was acquired in a random pile of things I salvaged from an artistic horder friend. I took it for its aesthetic value. It would appear to have something to do with the Israeli- Palestinian conflict. Beyond that, I know nothing about it. I do not know what politics it reflects, nor the meaning of the phrase on it. Any insight is appreciated!

RIM was a communist movement made up of other groups. You can read a bit about them on their Wikipedia page. They're into "People's War" type stuff after the one in Peru. Here is a thing they wrote about Palestine in 2002 and here's a 20MB PDF of their Palestine issue from 1988 which has the phrase "Palestine, let the intifada pave the way for People's War" and they also talk about revolution as the only solution to what is up in Palestine. Would not be surprised if that poster is from that issue or a related issue.

I think the reference to stones is about the use of stone throwing during the First Intifada.
