Where in Seattle tonight can we drink beer and eat with entertained kids...? (Any brewpubs with playspaces??)

Where in Seattle can we drink beer tonight and eat with entertained kids...?

I can only think of the same 2 places we ever go, please help!:

- tonight
- anywhere in Seattle proper (we're in QA/Fremont)
- has copious beer
- has something - anything- for kids to do besides sit with us and draw the whole time.

Kiddo is 5, but is pretty happy playing with any age and playing with "baby" stuff at restaurants if it means not having to sit at a table.

In consideration:

~Frelard Pizza
~PlayDate Sea (kill me please)
~ Seattle Bouldering Project

THANK YOU I NEED IPA STAT

Hill City Taphouse in columbia city is one of those places with beer and a playspace and no real food (but you can bring in outside food). They just opened up a second location up north, Broadview Taphouse, same deal.

Phinney Market Pub and Eatery has a kids play area, and beer.

Seconding Phinney Market as being good for kids, though I have not taken advantage of their bar.

And I found this article, which may be useful: 9 Kid-Friendly Breweries in Seattle. Some are like, "your kid can draw on butcher paper or play cornhole" but others seem to have actual play spaces.

Broadview Taphouse just opened last month at 125th and Greenwood - I went there to check it out a couple weeks ago (the weekend it snowed) and a solid 30% of the chairs were occupied by people under 5. There are kids tables and puzzles and games. It doesn't serve food but has food trucks on the weekend, which they usually announce on their Facebook page.

You could go to the Flying Lion in Columbia City, order takeout from Safari Njema (Kenyan, very tasty) next door (they'll walk it over for you, and are great), and send the kids to the Full Tilt Ice Cream & Arcade on the other side when they get restless.

Freeland Pizza, Phinney Market, and the new brew pub at 105th and Greenwood.

Sorry - I was on the ferry and lost internet. What everyone else said. And 125th.

Also Barking Dog in Greenwood Ballard doesn't have a play space but is pretty kid friendly.

Pono Ranch in Ballard has a sweet outdoor space. It'd probably be too cold tonight but add to your list.

Gameworks. It's located in downtown Seattle at Pike x 7th. Tons of arcade and carnival style games for the kiddo to enjoy. Lots of food and beer (or cider) for the adults to enjoy.

Bit late for you, but for posterity Optimism Brewing in Capitol Hill has a small playground, a lot of good beer, and usually has a food truck but also lets you bring in food (and non-alcoholic drinks) from anywhere.
