Favorite YouTube cardio for a small space?

I have found some great yoga channels, but I’d really like to find some equally great 30-minute cardio sessions on YouTube. Special requirement: needs to be doable in a 4 x 6 space surrounded by furniture.

I posted this several years ago to get ideas for small-space exercises, and it was great for the need at the time.

But now I’m in a small apartment, we have an especially cold and damp week ahead, and I am looking for indoor cardio options at home. I really do best in a guided class, and a video is the next best thing. I’m not so self-motivated to just crank on the tunes and do burpees; I want a guide. My space is a carpeted spot between couches and a bar, upon which my laptop can sit (I don’t have a TV).

Please share links to your favorites! If there are so many options that I get my choice of workout music, I’m a fan of 80s and swing and soul and R&B, not so much the hip hop and tweeny bop, but I try to keep an open mind! Thanks!

Is step aerobics an option? I recently bought a (new) step very cheaply on eBay and follow Jenny Ford step aerobics workouts on YouTube. I do my step workouts on a rug that is probably 4' x 6' and find I have more than enough space.

The Firm is a blast from the past. A lot of the routines will work in a small space.

Response by poster: Step is not an option. No place to stow one.

Best answer: I find Keaira LaShae's dance workouts absolutely addictive and definitely do-able in a tiny space. Some I have to do without anyone else looking though!

I like Leslie Sansone's walking stuff. There are times when she wants you to spread out but always says if you can't, just walk in place.
