Large Metal prints with Drop Shipping?

Does anyone have a professional photo lab they regularly deal with that they like that will print larger than 30x40 prints on aluminum and then drop ship them to a client with no identification of where it was printed and containing no invoice inside the package?

I have a few labs I'm happy with who can do 30x40 and smaller and which meet the above criteria, but none of them print larger than 30x40. I've found White Wall, but I can't get an answer about whether they will do drop-shipping/fulfillment.

BayPhoto does metal prints up to 48x96, and will do white label shipping to your client. They do a great job.

Response by poster: Bay photo is great, but at that size they only do crating, and shipping to Canada is at least $200....
