Tax & Financial Advisor - Northern Virginia

My retired mother and I need some tax and financial planning advice from someone local to northern Virginia.

She needs someone to help her file taxes for federal and state (Virginia and Montana) for the last 2 years. Then that same person to help check her (self filed) returns for federal/state (Montana only) since 2012 to make sure they are accurate and if not resolve that.

Secondly and probably more importantly we need someone to help us figure out how to take her money out of retirement accounts in the most 'advantageous' way to her situation.

Live in Leesburg, willing to go anywhere in NoVa.

Edelman Financial in Ashburn. They are national now but started in Nova. Fee only. Never had any doubt they were looking after our interests.
