And the winner is....

Theatre Audio Filter: I'm looking for stereotypical "award show" music, the kind of thing they'd play at the Emmy's when an acceptance speech runs to long. Or perhaps the kind of thing you'd here as the contestants walk on stage during a beauty pageant. More Inside!

This is for a talent show sort of thing, in which a student from each grade of my (high) school is selected and has to demonstrate some sort of talent. I will need theatrical "stings and stabs" at two times:

1) When the contestants walk out on stage and their campy bios are read aloud as they strut. I am thinking of Yello's
Oh Yeah" (or Right Said Fred's "I'm too sexy").

2) When the contestants are lined up (a la American Idol) and the winner is announced, I need some ultra-cliche "award music" (see the text before the jump).

Searching my usual panacea has turned up nothing. Help me out here MeFi, espescially on the second bit.

(Oh, and before it's mentioned, I'm familiar with Gay Spirits and Holiday for Strings, and they are close to, but not exactly, what I'm looking for)

Response by poster: (For the first category, I'm also thinking of things like Benny Benassi and other such shamelessly upbeat "runway" music)

Response by poster: As far as award music goes, I'm thinking swelling and orchestral as oppose to say, something I'd associate with Bob Barker.

Perhaps music from Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
