Where to Read/Listen to uplifting content every morning.

I wake up at 5 am in the morning, and I am looking for podcasts or websites to read or listen to before i start my daily goals. I want something encouraging and motivating. It should not be too long. Because it would defeat my purpose. Thank you!

You might like The Good News Podcast by Cards Against Humanity. It tends to be about 5 minutes long and cute (like stories about a dog shelter that sorted its dogs into Hogwarts houses in order to get them adopted faster). Or are you looking for something religious (because you posted in the religion and philosophy section)?

If you do creative work, I love the One Thing Today podcast by Michael Nobbs, an artist with chronic illness. I find it has a very relaxed, inspiring "early morning" feel; he chats for a few minutes about his life, and then sits you down for a work session.

It's an especially good listen if you have pain, fatigue, mental illness, or anything that limits your energy & requires you to be gentle and compassionate with yourself — (that is to say, a lot of people).

Best answer: I've found that certain subreddits have been useful when looking for motivation. I use r/getmotivated as well as r/upliftingnews to get some optimism in for the day. YMMV with those, but they're useful in a pinch :)

I would watch Gary Vaynerchuck's daily vlog DailyVee: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfA33-E9P7FA-A72QKBw3noWuQbaVXqSD

There are tons of good motivational tidbits in there, and you get an inside look at an entrepreneur building his business and living his life.
