yoga nidra via google home

I have a Google Home in my bedroom. I'd like to use it to play a yoga nidra meditation as I'm going to sleep. I have some questions!

In my ideal world, I would have the meditation start playing, accidentally fall asleep during it, and then not have to do anything else with the Google Home (turn anything off / etc). I was thinking originally that the easiest way to do this would be just to do it off of Spotify. But right now when I use Google Home to play a song on Spotify, after the song ends it goes on to play another song. I don't want this!

I haven't really experimented enough with this fancy new device, and I'm sure this is super simple to do, but I'm just not sure how to go about it. The Amazon Echo has a skill for this, but I don't know if Google Home does anything similar. Please help!

Any specific suggested recordings also appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Best answer: You can set a sleep timer: https://support.google.com/googlehome/answer/7028899?hl=en

Best answer: There's a setting deep in Spotify to turn off auto-play related tracks. If you turn this off, you won't even need a sleep timer.

Best answer: If you make a playlist in Spotify with just that track, you can just play that playlist.
