Craigslist clone?

Is there any good Craigslist clone software?

I don't want to be hosted on someone else's server; I want to install the clone on my own server.

Craigslist is a for-profit company; the software they've developed isn't in the public domain.

If in fact no one has developed similar software, it might be because (a) the network effect - like eBay, craigslist dominates its category; the more people visit it, the more people want to post to it, the more people post to it, the more people want to visit it; and (b) Craigslist charges for only a very small percent of its listings (posting of jobs in the SF bay area, I think), so its hard to see why someone would even try to compete with it.

Classified Ads scripts on Hotscripts.com
I haven't used any of them, but at least it's a starting point

A quick google turned up this, though no idea how good it is, and it isn't cheap.
