What is the name of this computer game involving cars? in a warehouse?

Please help identify this late 90s / early 00s video game for my girlfriend.
My girlfriend is trying to recall the name of a video game but is very hazy on the details. I can't say if it was PC or Mac but she thinks it came with her computer so I'm guessing the former? It involved cars (possibly spaceships?) that were in a large structure (like a warehouse?, but with a futuristic vibe). It might have been from a first-person perspective but she's unsure. And the name might have been one word and possibly started with an 'r'. I know this is maddeningly vague but please help me be the hero :-)

Could it be Privateer? In this video you'll see scenes from the game where space ships are in a large warehouse structure, ie a large space station.

My gut says Wipeout, a futuristic racing game that was often bundled as oem software

Carmageddon. Has indoor driving, though not specifically warehouses that I recall. It’s an app now if that turns out to be it. Could also possibly be Road Warrior. Both were popular PC games in the mid 90s. Could also be Fury... that was bundled on a lot of PCs...

It was on N64, but other than that, the description reminds me an awful lot of Rush 2 or maybe one of the other titles in that franchise.

I also thought of Rush 2 based on the minimal description provided.

Response by poster: I don't know how you did it, jcreigh, but "Hover!" is, in fact, the game she was thinking of. Thank you so much! I hope you're using your clairvoyance to help the police solve crimes or something. To everyone else: Thank you for your suggestions (and apologies for the vagueness).
