art project: transport a spoon of water?

I have a vague memory from decades ago of hearing about an art project in which the artist arranged to transport a spoon of water from one place to another without spilling it, involving elaborate shock-absorbing armatures and trucks with special suspensions and stuff. Is this a real thing or did I make it up?

If I made it up, wanna contribute to my kickstarter to make it happen?

I'm afraid I could find no trace of this project, but I did find the Liftware spoon.
A spoon for Parkinson sufferers that cancels out tremors.

So I guess that's something?
