Hurricane Harvey flood maps

I am looking for digital maps (shape files or other formats) of the areas flooded during and after Harvey. I have seen this and this, are there any other efforts underway? I am looking for measures of the actual extent of the flooding, not the FEMA floodplain maps.

Best answer: There are some Harvey-related projects on the Open Street Maps tasking manager that might be useful.
