So I am looking to hire an expert radiologist who specializes in brain and spine - or - 2 radiologists with expertise respectively in those 2 fields. Where can this be done ONLINE or in Israel? TIA

Are you looking to hire someone to look at one MRI and interpret it or are you like trying to hire someone for a full-time job.?

Response by poster: Sorry, should have made that clear. One MRI. 1-2 hours work.

I recently played this game. Almost anyone will if you pay. The big players: John's Hopkins, the head of the department was the contact, Steadman Clinic in Colorado and Broadgate Clinic in London as well as most any big spine clinic in Germany or nearby. It's free to E300 on average so multiple opinions are doable. But it really depends on what exactly you suspect or want looked at where you should go. Find a specialist and then contact them and I bet they will do it for a fee. I found most people tended to see what they specialized in so if you have an idea what is wrong or might help.

I'm not clear from your question if this would meet your needs, but The Cleveland Clinic offers online second opinions in a bunch of different specialty areas.
