What is this melody?

I've had this melody bouncing around in my head for the last few days. I believe it is a theme song from an old children's show.
I feel like it is something from the 80s/90s Disney Channel or Nickelodeon. For the life of me I can't place it, and all of the matching programs I listened to (Paddington Bear, Spot the Dog, Pinwheel...) weren't it. I do seem to remember the flute/recorder/sine synth sound, but I could be mixing songs together.
I hope someone else remember this song! It's driving me crazy.
