Where can I buy mango juice?

Where can I buy mango juice (fresh, concentrate or otherwise) in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area?

I've checked all the usual sources (Kowalskis, Whole Foods, Lunds, Byerlys) but they only seem to carry mango juice in mixes with other juices.

Indian grocery stores will carry mango pulp in cans. Alphonso is the best, Pyari or Kesar are also good. (Types of mangoes)

I have gotten some at Byerly's. Lunds also likely has some, as well as the various co-ops. I would call first, though.

Now that I think about it, I've never really had trouble finding mango juice in Minneapolis.

Funny you should ask that, because I just bought some mango juice today at the Indain store! They had lots of different kinds of juice, plus some pulp in cans.

You can usually find mango nectar in the Hispanic Foods section of a chain food store. The brand is usually Goya. It's really good, especially in smoothies with frozen yogurt.

My wife suggests United Noodle in Minneapolis.

Is mango juice rare? Most of the stores here in town have it in 46oz. plastic bottles by Juicy Juice (100%, unmixed), with all the rest of the bottled/unrefrigerated juices.

The market at Sinbad's on Nicollet near 26th has sells mango juice, and I think some of the other markets around there have it as well.

I'm relatively positive that I've seen it at the Whole Foods in St. Paul.

Ceres sells mango juice (and other juices) in an aseptic Tetra Brik pack with a shelf life of about a year. I buy it at a local Seattle supermarket (Metropolitan Market). Their website doesn't seem to list retailers that carry the brand, but perhaps I missed something.

I know I've bought it at Rainbow in Midway and I've seen it at Rainbow Lake/Haiwatha and United Noodle [big Asian supermarket near Haiwatha]. I can't imagine the Wedge wouldn't have it.

ersonally, I prefer tamarind juice.

Ceres juice is available at Cub Foods, $2.59/liter. You'll find it in the natural foods section (smaller Cubs won't have it, but the one in Woodbury does--I saw this particular AskMe thread right before I left to grocery shop.)
