Looking for an Android app for simple sound manipulation

I'm looking for an Android app that is basically a sampler with a few effects, for manipulating soundfiles I would load onto my phone.
I'd like to be able to load 8 or 10 short wav files, and have a simple interface for looping, delaying, distorting, and adding reverb to them. I don't want a step sequencer, just a sampler with (ideally) multiple channels and some capacity for storing presets. I tried looking online, but possibly I'm just bad at knowing exactly the thing I'm looking for. Thanks for any ideas!
