Half life of "don't combine bleach" products

I've used several products on my bathtub to clean the grout, the latest around 4 weeks ago. The products say "do not combine with bleach" (one was Bar Keepers friend). I want to clean the grout with a bleach pen. Is this safe? When will it be safe or how can I make it so?

Best answer: That warning generally means "do not combine with bleach at the time you are using the bleach because doing so will cause a chemical reaction and you may inadvertently gas yourself." You should be fine to use it after the fact.

Both bleach and ammonia evaporate fairly readily. If your grout isn't still wet with ammonia solution, you're fine
