Find this late '90s or early '00s Subaru "frozen in time" commercial

As a kid in the late '90s or early '00s, I remember seeing a Subaru commercial where a power line or telephone pole sparks and falls, and a Subaru narrowly avoids hitting the falling pole. The scene freezes much like in the Discover "Freeze It" commercial, and a narrator talks about Subaru's all-wheel-drive. I vividly remember him grabbing a piece of popcorn that the children in the back seat are eating and saying, "mmm...tasty" or something. The scene un-freezes and the car drives off. Can anyone find this commercial?
