A podcast, a George Will joke...

Trying to recall where I heard a standup/comedy writer talking about joke writing.

They used a one-liner (something like "It's the first time anyone in DC has been disappointed about George Will leaving a party") and gave examples of different ways it could be constructed and delivered.

I'm pretty sure it was a rambling casual interview on a podcast, within the last 6 months, and the comic was a woman who has written for tv (like Judy Gold or Laurie Kilmartin).
Anything ring a bell?

(I listen to 'Kill Me Now' and 'The Jackie and Laurie Show' but it doesn't seem to have been on either of those...)
