third-party google docs templates?

I did find the google doc templates section, but it's mostly resumes (there are two items under "Personal" and one is a pet resume.) What I'm looking for is journal/diary template that will let me type in entries, accommodates photos and has a kind of classic/elegant typography. Happy to pay for it. Doesn't have to be google docs -- open to templates in Pages, Word, or other platforms.

Maybe something on Etsy? It needs to be editable though.

Open to app solutions, but wary because apps go out of business, and it's usually hard to print/export data from them.

Mostly I'm just surprised that with all the designers in the world, more people aren't out there designing these things. Or maybe because I live in the Apple ecosystem, I dont have access to the Android marketplace they live in? Or maybe my google skills just suck.

Best answer: There's a web site with tons of free tenplates -- diyplanner.com. It has a forum where people post tons of stuff.

Best answer: There are free (and paid) templates available for iBooks Author and they're pretty good looking.

If Google Slides would work (it's much better when adding images and such than Docs is), I got a decent template from slidescarnival.com
