Travel Agency: Trial Logistics for multiple witnesses

Recommendations for agency or company to handle travel and lodging logistics for 50+ people residing all over the U.S.

I am a litigation paralegal with a wage-and-hour firm on the east coast. We have a trial scheduled for mid-November in the pacific northwest, and we are looking to outsource the travel logistics for 50+ trial witnesses--flights to and from Washington state, hotel reservations, arranging local travel to and from the court, etc. Ordinarily, we do this in-house, but we are looking outside for this one. (we have already reached out to various internet forums and message boards)

Bonus points: You are a paralegal or attorney who has had experience with this particular situation and can offer advice and/or a concrete recommendation for a specific agency/company.

Bonus bonus points: you know of, and/or can direct me to other paralegal forums or message boards. (apologies for the compound question!)

This sounds like something it would be worth paying a small premium to have a travel agent handle. They're pros who already know the ins and outs and you might get lucky and find one who would love the challenge.

Corporate travel is literally the last robust portion of the old profession of "travel agent." The larger old-school respected travel agencies in your area will give you quotes and you'll be able to get a sense immediately as to whether they can handle your needs or not.

Best answer: I was not a paralegal, but previously arranged complex travel logistics for large groups of people with the help of Carlson Wagonlit Travel. We had complex federal regulations to account for as well. These folks saved my life a million times.
