Which people and companies have been blocked by Paypal?

I'm trying to compile a list of companies, organizations, and people that have been blacklisted / blocked / frozen by Paypal or other payment services. Wikileaks and Megaupload spring immediately to mind. What are some other examples?

You can't contribute money to a prisoner's account via a Paypal card. Friends and family can usually add money to a prisoner's book so they can buy personal items but Paypal blocks these transactions.

Some online poker sites, such as Party Poker, don't have a Paypal option, so I assume that they are blocked.

you might want to do a phrase search, like "Paypal blocked us" and see -- I can remember, for example, tales of whole conferences getting screwed when they had set up registration payments through PayPal, who then yoinked their service over something trivial. but the stories are scattered all over...

Dreamwidth is a user-supported blogging and community site forked from the LiveJournal code in 2007.

Because Dreamwidth happily hosts fanfic, a moral-panic group complained to PayPal that they were breaking the law and being child pornographers.

In Jan 2010, PayPal demanded a say in Dreamwidth's Terms of Service. Dreamwidth's owners said no, and Dreamwidth had to find an alternative payment processor. Google Payments worked for a month, but then they wanted to tweak DW's TOS as well. It took until April for DW to arrange for another payment processor. If the owners hadn't not set aside five months' operating revenue for a rainy day, the service might have died.

I don't think PayPal worked out for FetLife, LinkedIn for the kink-oriented.
