Is there a healthcare expense app for Mac?

I'm looking for a program that will keep track of medical expenses, deductibles (and other insurance details), FSA claims, payments, etc. This seems like something many people would want, but I am not able to find anything. A couple of online platforms seem to have been overtaken by service providers who cater to the billing systems of medical providers (CakeHealth and Simplee) and others like Quicken's healthcare software are no longer supported. Am I doomed to building my own spreadsheet?
