Sources for curated good tweets

I miss reading the popular tweets on Pinboard's popular links page. They were current and either informative, hilarious or both. Where can I find another list of popular tweets that is current but curated?
Since Pinboard's developer removed them on purpose, I have asked for an alternative way to see them using both the Google Group and sending an email. No response to the email and the post in GG was not approved. I have some ifttt alerts for tweet articles from Funnyordie, but that isn't cutting it.
Before you tell me to use my own account to follow more accounts, my feed is already a firehouse and I don't want to be logged into Twitter to see the list of tweets. I have no issue going to the website to read them instead of viewing a screenshot, though.
