Bundt pan blues

I need to find a 12 cup Bundt pan that is NOT non-stick coated. I don't want a silicone or glass pan either. Does anyone know where I could find one? Nordic ware doesn't make any that are not non-stick. I would prefer stainless steel but aluminum would be ok too. It absolutely can't have a non-stick coating (anything similar to ptfe etc.) I suppose a carbon steel one might work, if such a thing exists. Thanks a Bundt-ch!

I would search for enamel/enameled ones. I grew up with one that had an enamel-y interior--not 100% sure it didn't have some nonstick thing but that's the closest I've seen.

Best answer: There are a ton of vintage Bundt pans on eBay, including this gorgeous new-oldstock copper one.

Came to say vintage. This is the sort of stuff my wife sells on Etsy.

You could try calling NY Cake Company - their website is only showing silicone bundt pans, but I know they have a lot more options in stock than they sell online, and they definitely have non-nonstick tube and round pans - would be worth a phone call.

Best answer: Wilson makes some aluminum bundt pans that aren't coated with non-stick stuff. Michaels and Joann normally have Wilson stuff. (Joann normally has a weekly coupon for 30%-50% off one full priced item...coupon deals may vary between newspapers and phone app.) Amazon also an option.

You can find great deals on bakeware/cookware on ebay if you've got time to wait for shipping. If you have time you might also check your local thrift stores or see if your local library has the option to check out pans (I am serious...it's a thing in some places.)

Restaurant supply and baking supply stores are very likely to have non-nonstick aluminum bundt pans.
