Need a cheap bevel circle mat board cutter.

I need help in locating a bevel circle mat cutter for holes smaller than 4 inches. I need something geared towards the hobbyist (not the professional).

I've done plenty of mat cutting in the past, using straight edges from Logan, with pretty nice results. Now I'm moving onto doing some circles and ovals.

I recently purchased a Logan 201 Oval & Circle Mat Cutter with the intention of making some small circles in mat board. Unfortunately, I didn't read the minimum circle size correctly, as it states 4 1/2" as the smallest circle and I need to go smaller than that. The only other comparable cutter I can find, is an Alto Model 360 Circle Cutter but it costs more than twice that of the Logan cutter. Had I not already opened the Logan and used it, I'd just send it back and buy the Alto, but that's no longer the option. Purchasing the second cutter (especially in that price range) really makes this project a lot more expensive than it would have been initially.

My google-fu has failed me, in finding a cheaper method of cutting a couple of small 45° beveled circles. Most of the precut mats I've seen don't have the size I want, and I know a professional place is probably going to charge me an arm and a leg for what should be a pretty simple cut.

You might try scrapbooking-type cutters - like this.

Two caveats:
1. I am not sure if this cuts beveled edges.
2. I am not sure what the maximum thickness of paper this will cut.

Response by poster: I saw Fiskars has something similar to that as well, but since I didn't see mention of a 45° cut, I assume it's just a straight cut.

If the pieces of the Logan system were more easily removed, I'd probably try and attach them to something like that.
