ultra thin UPOE splitters

Do you know of any UPOE splitter devices that are thin and doesn't get too hot? What kind of tradespeople / engineers would know about this niche topic?

Best I've found is (WS-UPOE-12VPSPL=) UPoE 12V Passthrough Splitter from Cisco with dimensions:
(L x W x H)
• 4.2 x 3.0 x 1.0 (106.7 x 76.2 x 25.4 mm) (without tabs)
• 5.0 x 3.0 x 1.0 (127 x 76.2 x 25.4 mm) (with tabs)

However they stopped making it, with no planned replacement:

Open to other branded models if the hive can make some suggestions?

This [POE-171S] is slightly smaller and appears to still be in production. Alas I've never had to use anything other than normal POE splitters with small loads, so I can't give a specific recommendation.

Response by poster: It's a bigger and gets much hotter than the Cisco model.

It doesn't fit well in the environment it'd be running in, would really appreciate need another vendor or idea ?
