It's processed, but it's not processed

A few years ago, I saw a video in which a woman was talking about the different ways in which food is "processed". Please help me find this video!

I don't remember much detail about the video, but I remember that it was documentary style, and at one point there was a woman was talking about how the term "processed food" is not entirely straightforward. She specifically referred to the difference between corn being "processed" into tortillas by hand vs the "process" that that happens to get packaged food that ends up on grocery store shelves.

Does anyone know what this video might be?
