Help me find this LCD controller board.

I need a replacement lcd controller board for an AU Optronics LCD screen, model number L170E3 / M170EN04. Does anyone know where I could find an afforable replacement board, or should I just trash the perfectly good LCD panel?

Try ebay for a damaged one? That is what I have done in the past for smashed laptops with a good screen but fried motherboard.
