ID: scene from a movie where a man hails a cab

Does anyone know the title of the movie, that this scene of a man hailing a cab is from?
Here is the man's voice hailing the cab - but there is also some music mixed in that was not from the original film.

Best answer: Billy Crystal in When Harry Met Sally. He was rushing to get to Sally on New Year's Eve to tell her how much he lurvvved her :)

Maybe Body Double? That could be Craig Wasson, and I think he wears a jacket like that in the film.
